SAP Basis L3 Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis L3 Consultant to join a long-term transformation program supporting SAP S/4HANA initiatives for a global consumer goods organization. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, S/4HANA migrations, system upgrades, and HANA database management in complex enterprise environments., * APO LiveCache Monitoring and System Copy Experience

• SAP BW Administration and System Copy Experience
• Oracle Backup & Recovery Tools
• Azure Cloud and High Availability (HA) Environments, * Lead and support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
• Perform system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Administer and optimize SAP HANA databases.
• Manage transport landscapes and Basis operations across environments.
• Support SAP BW and APO LiveCache systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability.

• SAP Basis Administration and Consulting (12-16 years)
• SAP S/4HANA Conversion & Transformation Projects
• SAP S/4HANA Implementations
• SAP S/4HANA Monitoring, Maintenance & Upgrades
• SAP System Refreshes and System Copies

• Transport Management across Parallel Landscapes, * Strong hands-on SAP Basis experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Cincinnati, OH.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation., Compensation range: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
