Social Media Specialist

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

• Manage social media accounts and create compelling content for various platforms
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels

• Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns

• Develop and implement monthly email newsletter

• Create monthly sales promotional banners and images

Proven experience in social media management or related field

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Youtube, X, LinkedIn)
• Experience in developing and implementing social media and email marketing strategies
• Proficient in content creation, including writing, editing, and designing visual assets
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics
• Experience using social media management tools

• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes is a plus

• Basic knowledge of video editing software for short clip video production
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and SEM
• Knowledge of advertising and public relations strategies
