Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect to join our vibrant design team. In this role, you will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory standards. Your expertise will drive the creation of sustainable, accessible, and visually compelling structures that align with client visions and industry best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape inspiring environments while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions., * Develop comprehensive architectural designs using advanced CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Rhino 3D to produce detailed construction drawings and construction documentation.

  • Create compelling 3D models and renderings utilizing tools like 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize concepts for clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct building code analysis and ensure design compliance with construction accessibility regulations, building information modeling (BIM) standards, and construction regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to develop accurate project schedules, budgets, and construction estimates while managing project timelines effectively.
  • Prepare detailed construction detail documentation and construction drawings that facilitate seamless project execution on-site.
  • Engage in business development activities by presenting design proposals, negotiating contracts, and fostering client relationships to secure new projects.
  • Oversee construction management processes including site visits, progress monitoring, quality assurance, and ensuring adherence to sustainable design principles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including renovation, interior design, or new constructions.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD; experience with 3D modeling tools like Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D; and graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of building code compliance, construction accessibility regulations, and construction regulatory standards.
  • Experience with project scheduling tools like Bluebeam and NavisWorks for coordination and project management purposes.
  • Ability to perform detailed construction estimating and budgeting while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills complemented by business development experience to foster client relationships and secure new opportunities.
  • Construction experience with knowledge of construction detail documentation, site supervision, and construction management practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
