Job description
Lead warehouse, logistics, inventory, and IT asset management operations while managing the team and ensuring SLA/KPI delivery., * Manage IT asset lifecycle, inventory, asset tagging, and warehouse operations.
- Lead and coach the operations team.
- Manage SLA/KPIs, reporting, quality, escalations, and customer/vendor relationships.
- Oversee device builds, repairs, deployments, recycling, and disposals.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years in warehouse/logistics.
- 2+ years managing IT end-user assets.
- Strong inventory/asset management experience.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- ServiceNow/CMDB preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
