Job description

We’re looking for an experienced CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of retention strategy and revenue growth for a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands.

This is an opportunity to work with ambitious e-commerce businesses, lead client strategy, and drive measurable results through world-class email and SMS marketing. You’ll join a team that values ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own CRM retention strategy for 5-6 ecommerce brands
  • Build and optimise high-performing CRM email and SMS programmes in Klaviyo
  • Lead campaign planning, lifecycle strategy, testing, and reporting
  • Manage and mentor designers/builders within your pod
  • Use data and attribution insights to drive revenue growth and customer lifetime value
  • Deliver clear client communication and strategic recommendations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Social media management?, Essential CRM Experience

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience within DTC ecommerce across CRM
  • Proven ownership of $1M+ attributed email revenue in the last 12 months (or equivalent portfolio performance)
  • Experience leading small teams and managing project delivery
  • Strong lifecycle architecture experience, including 50+ automated flows built and launched
  • Deep understanding of deliverability, inbox placement, and reputation management
  • Demonstrated success running structured A/B testing programmes

Technical Skills

  • Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive, Asana, Slack
  • Triple Whale, Lifetimely, Hiro Analytics
  • Segmentation, attribution, cohort analysis, and retention strategy
  • GDPR, CAN-SPAM, SMS compliance, QA processes, and email best practices
