Job description
We’re looking for an experienced CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of retention strategy and revenue growth for a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands.
This is an opportunity to work with ambitious e-commerce businesses, lead client strategy, and drive measurable results through world-class email and SMS marketing. You’ll join a team that values ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own CRM retention strategy for 5-6 ecommerce brands
- Build and optimise high-performing CRM email and SMS programmes in Klaviyo
- Lead campaign planning, lifecycle strategy, testing, and reporting
- Manage and mentor designers/builders within your pod
- Use data and attribution insights to drive revenue growth and customer lifetime value
- Deliver clear client communication and strategic recommendations
Requirements
Do you have experience in Social media management?, Essential CRM Experience
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience within DTC ecommerce across CRM
- Proven ownership of $1M+ attributed email revenue in the last 12 months (or equivalent portfolio performance)
- Experience leading small teams and managing project delivery
- Strong lifecycle architecture experience, including 50+ automated flows built and launched
- Deep understanding of deliverability, inbox placement, and reputation management
- Demonstrated success running structured A/B testing programmes
Technical Skills
- Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive, Asana, Slack
- Triple Whale, Lifetimely, Hiro Analytics
- Segmentation, attribution, cohort analysis, and retention strategy
- GDPR, CAN-SPAM, SMS compliance, QA processes, and email best practices
