Operational Infrastructure & Scalability
Oversee intake trackers from the partner ops team and roadmap requests for platform enhancements; prioritize requests with engineering and product teams to balance partner velocity with long-term platform health.
Standardize Governance & Enablement: Partner with regional teams (AMR, EMEIA, APAC) and integrators to deliver consistent integration best practices, partner capability trackers, and onboarding toolkits.
Drive Process Automation: Identify manual intervention points across the onboarding lifecycle and work cross-functionally to transition them into automated, self-serve, and scalable tools.

Strong cross-functional orchestration skills, with the demonstrated ability to lead workstreams across Engineering, Product, Business Development, Commerce/Billing, Legal/Privacy, and Regional Operations teams globally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with experience troubleshooting back-end event triggers, signaling mechanisms, and data-flow discrepancies across multi-party ecosystems.
