Job description

  • Serve as advisor to a referral/WQ optimization initiative
  • Provide expertise on overall recommended design, aligned with Epic Foundation and industry best practices
  • Lead design documentation and workflow analysis
  • Complete configuration and build
  • Facilitate and contribute to end-user validation (WQ, orders, and analytic tools)
  • Support education and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with and mentor other analysts and stakeholders as needed
  • Support value/outcome metrics of optimization initiatives (data collection, presentation, ongoing monitoring)
  • Review and facilitate Nova Note review and all upgrade activities related to WQ/referral design

Requirements

  • Required: Active Epic Referrals and Authorizations certification
  • Preferred: Epic Prelude/Cadence certification
  • Senior-level analyst experience (5-7+ years)
  • Experience training and supporting newer-level analysts
  • Multi-facility hospital system experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
