How You Work
You take ownership. When something isn’t working, you investigate the issue, determine what needs to change, and act. You’re comfortable being accountable for results and explaining performance clearly to clients who may not speak marketing.
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly across multiple accounts without losing sight of the outcome. You want to be responsible for making the account work - not one of several people sharing responsibility for it.
