Pricing & Data Systems Administrative Assistant

• Types up and distributes sales plans along with ad copies for store managers for upcoming sales.

• Sends out advertising sheets to vendors for collection of advertising money.

• Provides support duties to the Fresh Foods Buyers.

• Performs other miscellaneous clerical work, i.e. photo copying, shredding, filing, intercompany mail.

• Oversees warehouse orders for all locations, ensuring all stores have ordered the necessary products for upcoming sales.

• Maintains reports, i.e. vendor lists, product descriptions and customer lists.

• Handles all billing on invoices pertaining to Purchase Orders.

• Covers Retail Scan Team duties when needs arise (including but not limited to high volume of work or vacations).

• Compiles all purchase orders and vendor orders. Emails to the appropriate locations.

• Balances the warehouse inventory and makes adjustments in computer.

• Assists the store departments in handling issues regarding proper pricing and works efficiently to rectify them.

• Adds and/or edits pricing information in the scale, sign, label and pricing systems. Email store departments with any pricing issues and/or changes.

• Business math, calculator, general office proficiency and accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.

• Basic skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Wage: $17.00 an hour This is a full time position at our Corporate Office, requiring Monday through Friday availability, 7:30am-5pm, and rotating weekend availability.
