Job description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician (Temporary) to join a Jersey Shore-based managed IT service provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses. The company provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and network support services., * Provide daily technical support to clients and end users

Support Microsoft 365, including email, SharePoint, calendars, and adding/removing users
Provide Google Workspace support
Add/remove users and manage accounts through Active Directory
Provide desktop and application support
Assist with VoIP troubleshooting and support
Provide firewall support using UniFi and SonicWall
Assist with onsite client support as needed
Use Halo, NinjaRMM, and security applications to monitor and support client systems
Assist with onboarding and training on company systems and client-specific environments

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar technical role
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and applications
Basic understanding of networking, VoIP, and firewalls
Strong customer service and communication skills, * IT support: 2 years (Required)
