Application Workflow SME - Master

HarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Application Workflow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to work in a challenging, consultative, and collaborative environment. The SME will provide technical expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) products, particularly OpenText AppWorks and Content Server., * 10+ years of technical experience related to Health IT and secure automated enterprise content management systems implementation

• 5+ years of experience with Content Management Systems and Business Process Management
• Experience providing technical analysis and recommendations for enterprise workflow solutions
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise content management and workflow solutions
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Enterprise Information Management (EIM)
• Experience working with Government and technical teams to evaluate and implement COTS solutions
• Ability to provide technical guidance and recommendations for current and future product versions

Desired

• Experience implementing large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
• Experience with OpenText Content Suite
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks
• Experience supporting secure enterprise content management environments
• Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD programs

Certification

• CompTIA Security+ certificationf
• OpenText certification in Content Server or AppWorks is highly desirable

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
