Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 15 years of combined experience in database administration across DB2 for z/OS, SQL Server (2008R2, 2012), and Oracle (10g and above). Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS application integration, performance management, upgrades, catalog maintenance, and sub-system point-in-time recovery. Advanced knowledge of JCL and in-depth expertise in z/OS integrated platform, ISPF, COBOL, ASG Scheduler, and CA GEN model management/application object support. Solid working knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL application integration, performance management, and database administration. Solid working knowledge of z/OS started task management, IBI z/OS service support, AFOPER commands, RACF, CICS, IOF, and technical requirements for Disaster Recovery. Working knowledge of Windows Servers, SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, Azure, BJS, and z/OS EXITs. Proven capabilities in communication, customer service, decision-making, flexibility, leadership, problem-solving, team building, and quality assurance. Preferred Skills Experience with integrated database infrastructures in state or public sector agency environments. Knowledge of integrated financial management applications and complex application environments.
