SharePoint Solution Architect

Delek is seeking an experienced SharePoint Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, modernization, and governance of enterprise Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, document management, collaboration platforms, information architecture, governance, security, compliance, and enterprise application integration. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable and secure SharePoint solutions., * Design and architect enterprise-wide SharePoint Online solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.

• Lead SharePoint migration and modernization initiatives from legacy SharePoint environments, file shares, and third-party collaboration platforms to SharePoint Online.
• Define and implement information architecture, content management strategies, metadata, taxonomy, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Design and implement SharePoint intranets, document management systems, knowledge management portals, and team collaboration sites.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Azure services, and other enterprise applications.
• Establish and enforce security, compliance, retention, permissions, and access control policies.
• Develop SharePoint solution roadmaps, architecture standards, and modernization strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, engineering, and support teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation best practices.
• Evaluate existing SharePoint environments and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, security, usability, and governance.
• Support user adoption, training, knowledge transfer, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure SharePoint solutions follow Microsoft 365 and enterprise architecture best practices.
