Network Infrastructure Architect

• Define and maintain the enterprise network architecture strategy for all facilities statewide.
• Develop network roadmaps and ensure infrastructure initiatives align with long-term business objectives.
• Design and standardize network, wireless, and security architectures across existing and new facilities.
• Lead architectural planning for major infrastructure projects.
• Evaluate current network environments and recommend upgrades, enhancements, or replacement strategies.

• 10+ years of enterprise network architecture experience
• Demonstrated experience designing and overseeing multi-site or distributed network environments
• Wireless network architecture expertise, including enterprise-scale deployments
• Network security experience - segmentation, access control, policy enforcement
• Hands-on experience with Meraki networking solutions
• Experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Vendor management experience - ability to evaluate, challenge, and hold vendors accountable
• Experience leading or overseeing large-scale infrastructure deployments
• Strong executive communication skills - ability to advise senior leadership on complex technical topics
