Data Quality Coordinator

Steyning Medical Practice is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Data Quality Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a key role within the practice, responsible for processing clinical correspondence, coding patient records accurately, and supporting QOF, LTCs and income-related activity.

• Data input into patient clinical records usingSystmOne
• Supporting QOF, LTCs and vaccination income areas
• Actioning tasks, questionnaires and recall activity
• Booking clinics and supporting vaccination programmes
• Maintaining high standards of data quality, confidentiality and compliance
• Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams

Responsibilities and expectations increase with experience, supported by a structured development pathway.

Essential

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous manner
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Commitment to confidentiality and data protection

Desirable

• Experience in a GP practice, NHS or healthcare setting
• Experience using SystmOne
• Understanding of workflow processing, coding or QOF
• Willingness to develop into a specialist role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
