Job description

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and develop recommendations based on business value, cost, and implementation strategy.
• Develop and govern technology architecture standards, reference patterns, and best practices.
• Drive consistency across engineering teams through common tools, processes, architecture standards, and DevSecOps practices.
• Guide cloud adoption, modernization, technology migration, and retirement of legacy systems.
• Lead technology adoption through coaching, training, and change management.
• Manage strategic relationships with key technology vendors and evaluate vendor roadmaps.
• Partner with business leaders, engineering teams, architects, and IT to align technology solutions with business priorities.
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for technology investments and portfolio changes.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity practices, industry trends, and competitive developments.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of diverse technology experience.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies, cloud migration, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with Java development, PL/SQL/Oracle, web services, and mobile applications.
• Strong architecture, problem-solving, consulting, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead collaboration and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience., * Experience with Agile product management or corporate development.
• Experience with telematics, connected vehicle, or automotive technologies.
• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty.
