Requirements

Seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician with 3+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure and technology at field/construction sites.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on installation and troubleshooting of computers, hardware, printers & peripherals
  • Experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi, Ethernet & network infrastructure
  • Cellular connectivity, hotspots, modems & antenna experience
  • Starlink/satellite internet experience strongly preferred
  • Field/jobsite IT installation and support experience
  • Willingness to travel regionally/nationwide, including overnight stays
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & clean 5-year driving record
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in construction environments
