• Provide end-to-end administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, exits)
• Maintain and update employee records across HR and time & attendance systems
• Manage and track global employee data, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
• Prepare and check payroll data for monthly submission, including handling pay-related queries
• Act as a first point of contact for HR and system-related queries (face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams)
• Manage shared inboxes, trackers, and documentation
• Support implementation and administration of a new HR system
• Assist with data reporting, policy updates, projects, and team initiatives as priorities evolve

• Start time between 06:30 and 10:00
• Finish time between 15:00 and 18:30, depending on start time
