Job description
· Taking ownership of core business applications, ensuring they are effectively supported, maintained and continuously improved
· Managing application support, resolving issues and liaising with external suppliers where required
· Supporting and enhancing reporting, analytics and AI-enabled solutions to deliver business insight
· Identifying and delivering system and process improvements that increase efficiency and support business objectives
· Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver system changes enhancements and new solutions
Requirements
· Experience supporting and managing business-critical applications
· Experience working with data, reporting, system integrations and business intelligence solutions
· A proven ability to identify and deliver system or process improvements
· Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple business functions
· Excellent problem solving analytical and organisational skills
· Experience with ERP, event management or finance systems, and tools such as SQL, Power Bi or similar
You must:
· Be able to take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution
· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Understand how business systems, data and integrations support operational processes
· Be comfortable working with AI-enabled technologies and emerging technologies and emerging digital solutions
· Be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Maintain a proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to work
