Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data & Content Administrator to join our team. This role combines data management, content administration, and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, online content systems, and modern AI tools. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, resolving issues independently, and maintaining exceptional accuracy across all areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Content Administration

Combine and clean data from multiple sources. Upload and maintain product and website content. Investigate and resolve content upload errors. Contact suppliers to ensure up-to-date product information. Ensure content meets company standards and is published accurately.

Excel & Spreadsheet Management

Work confidently with Microsoft Excel, including: XLOOKUP and other functions

Sorting and filtering data Conditional Formatting

AI-Assisted Productivity

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to improve efficiency. Critically review and verify outputs for accuracy.

Requirements

Adapt to changing business requirements and deadlines. Communicate findings, issues, and solutions clearly to colleagues and stakeholders. Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all tasks.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and quality checking.Confident working with large data sets. Excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to troubleshoot technical and data-related issues. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Keen to learn new skills

Desirable

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar. Knowledge of basic HTML. Experience working with content management systems or e-commerce platforms.
