Turnkey Property Maintenance & Repair Professionals needs a reliable W-2 field tech for residential and light commercial work across Jacksonville. You’ll run your own jobs, keep clean photo notes in our system, and treat tenant homes and PM clients like they matter - because they do. We’re hiring a backup bench tech while the team grows (not a temp gig). Steady hours, real trucks/tools culture, and clear expectations. What you’ll do - Hands-on repair and make-ready: plumbing, electrical (minor), appliances, drywall, paint, doors/windows, locks, fencing, gutters, pressure washing, flooring/tile, light HVAC (no full system replacements) - Write simple scopes with time + materials - Talk clearly with property managers, owners, and tenants - Follow SOPs, safety, Fair Housing, and company checklists - Stay reachable and professional on the job (phone down when it should be; personal life stays personal) Must-haves - 5+ years building trades / property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, general repair) - Valid Florida driver’s license - High school diploma or equivalent - Comfortable with weekend or overtime when the board needs it - Punctual, organized, clean job sites - Basic computer / phone apps for work orders and notes Nice to have - Pool (CPO) cert - Experience estimating for PMs Turnkey is a Jacksonville maintenance company focused on rental turns and day-to-day repairs.
