Job description
Technical Suport needed for our Stoke on Trent based customer.
As Technical Support you will be responsible for:
- Application for & maintenance of all product certifications such as WRAS, Watermark, NSF etc.
- Arrange and co-ordinate samples for external 3rd party testing & assist in keeping projects on track.
- Report results using standard technical procedures where necessary.
- Run the artwork change process.
- Support the Customer Service Team with Technical Advice and customer enquiries.
- Assist with routine & process/product development testing where necessary.
Requirements
- Over 5 years experience in a technical role.
- Science based qualifications preferably to HND or degree level
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
