This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established team responsible for delivering high-quality business intelligence products, market analysis, and research across European markets. The role is ideally suited to an experienced people manager who thrives on coaching and developing teams, improving processes, and driving performance. Whilst a strong understanding of data, reporting, and business intelligence is important, this is not a hands-on technical analytics role. Instead, the focus is on leadership, operational excellence, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional outputs., Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and ResearchersDrive a positive, high-performance culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvementManage workloads, priorities, and resource planning across the functionReview reporting outputs and ensure the delivery of high-quality intelligence productsInterpret business data, reporting, and Power BI dashboards to support informed decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performanceSupport succession planning and career development within the teamBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support wider business objectivesMonitor performance metrics and report on team success

Proven experience managing and developing teams within a Business Intelligence, Insights, Reporting, Research, or Analytical environmentStrong coaching, mentoring, and people development skillsExperience driving process improvements and operational efficienciesComfortable interpreting data, trends, and reporting outputsUnderstanding of Power BI and business reporting toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative leader who enjoys helping others succeed
