Test Engineer

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience in test automation and related tools.
• Experience in analyzing the automated test results, demonstrating strong analytical insight and problem-solving ability.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Ambition to contribute to maintaining the company’s position as a world market leader.

You successfully fulfil your role by:

• Be a promotor in your team of improved ways of working to reach bug prevention instead of bug detection.
• Play an important role in the stages before the software is delivered, contribute to the quality of the software specifications and the quality of code designs and regression test cases (shift left).
• Testing Planon’s web-based product using our testing tools, such as QF-Test, JUnit, Selenium, and Neo Load.
• Creating logical test designs with the use of standard test design techniques.
• Steering the technical and functional quality of product development.
• Being the fallback for other testers in your team when they don’t know how to do something.
