WHAT WILL YOU DO As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our development projects, working closely with the team to create high-quality software solutions. You’ll collaborate with team members, contribute to technical decisions, and continuously improve our tech stack. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain web applications, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, testers and external stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Contribute to technical decisions that align with project goals
• Continuously improve our tech stack and development processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Assist team members in solving technical challenges and implementing enhancements, + Focus on employee well-being with sports and health initiatives: 24/7 gym at the office, Crossfit classes, etc.

• HBO-level working and thinking ability, preferably supported by a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong knowledge of and confidence in software development, equivalent to approximately 2/ 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles
• Proficiency in backend development frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel
• Very good understanding of the inner working of reactive frontend frameworks like Angular, React, and Vue
• Good knowledge of SQL and MySQL DBMSes. - Experience with timeseries databases like Influx or TimescaleDB is a plus
• Familiar with asynchronous and distributed systems, message queues, and web-service oriented architectures
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Proven track record of leading successful development projects and teams: ability to set roadmap and goals for a team and every one of its members, delegate intelligently, mentor engineers, deliver frequent and transparent feedback, help team members grow in their careers and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, but not required.
