A busy and growing customer contact centre in the East Midlands is looking for an IT & Business Support Assistant to help keep both technology and administration processes running smoothly.
This is a varied role that combines technology support with business administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised, and solving practical problems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Technology
·Setting up user accounts and passwords.
·Assisting colleagues with basic IT queries.
·Helping troubleshoot laptops, headsets, and office equipment.
·Supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
·Logging and tracking technical issues.
Supporting Operations
·Updating internal databases and records.
·Producing reports and spreadsheets.
·Processing documentation and customer information.
·Assisting with onboarding and staff administration tasks.
·Supporting managers with day-to-day operational activities.
Working with People
·Communicating with employees across different departments.
·Providing excellent internal customer service.
Requirements
