What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead enterprise-wide technology modernization and business process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Oversee digital innovation, automation, cloud adoption, and systems integration projects
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement transformation roadmaps
• Drive organizational change management and digital adoption across business functions
• Establish performance metrics and monitor the success of transformation initiatives
• Manage strategic technology partnerships, vendors, and stakeholders
• Evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies to support long-term growth
• Lead and develop high-performing digital transformation and technology teams

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, business transformation, or enterprise solutions

• Strong understanding of digital strategy, technology implementation, and process optimization
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and organizational change programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Commercial awareness with the ability to align technology investments with business objectives
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent industry experience are advantageous but not essential
