What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute the organization’s digital transformation strategy
• Lead enterprise-wide technology modernization and business process improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies to enhance customer experience and operational performance
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align digital initiatives with business objectives
• Oversee digital innovation, automation, cloud adoption, and emerging technology programs
• Drive organizational change management and digital adoption across departments
• Establish key performance indicators and monitor transformation outcomes
• Manage cross-functional teams, technology partners, and strategic stakeholders
• Evaluate new technologies and industry trends to support long-term growth
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, business transformation, or enterprise solutions

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of digital strategy, enterprise systems, process optimization, and technology implementation
• Ability to lead complex projects and organizational change initiatives
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic planning capabilities
• Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent leadership experience are advantageous but not essential
