Director of Innovation & Technology Services

IUC Network & Enterprise Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director of Innovation & Technology Services to lead technology innovation, enterprise solutions development, digital transformation initiatives, and service excellence programs. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute innovation and technology strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead enterprise technology services, digital transformation programs, and innovation initiatives
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate opportunities to enhance products, services, and operational efficiency
• Oversee technology service delivery, solution development, infrastructure modernization, and customer success initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence programs
• Establish technology governance standards, service performance metrics, and innovation frameworks
• Manage strategic technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and enterprise projects
• Monitor industry trends and recommend technology solutions that support long-term growth
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technology and innovation teams

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience in technology leadership, innovation management, enterprise solutions, IT services, digital transformation, or related executive roles

• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud services, digital strategy, and business transformation
• Experience leading technology programs, service delivery operations, and innovation initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business growth objectives
• Experience managing budgets, technology investments, and cross-functional teams
• Professional certifications or equivalent industry experience are advantageous but not essential
