Job description

Designs and implements visually appealing and functional UIs, illustrates UI design using storyboards / process flows / sitemaps, validates UI/UX requirements with users, recommends frontend development frameworks, troubleshoots UX issues, implements Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field
3+ years of front-end developer experience demonstrating proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React, HTML, CSS, and XML
3+ years of UI/UX design and development experience on an Agile development team demonstrating an understanding of UX principles, patterns, and practices, and proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using Design Thinking or Human Centered Design processes
Experience translating customer requirements into modern, dynamic, engaging, responsive web interfaces
UI/UX professional certificate
Top Secret clearance
