Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS / Workday Analyst to support the administration, configuration, reporting, and ongoing improvement of Workday and related HR systems.

This role will work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to maintain system functionality, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, develop reporting, and support system enhancements and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM and related functionality
  • Manage business processes, security roles, system configurations, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot Workday and HR system issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Support system upgrades, releases, testing, and new functionality
  • Maintain HR data accuracy through regular audits and quality controls
  • Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Provide recurring and ad hoc HR reporting and data analysis
  • Support integrations and data feeds between Workday and other systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system functionality
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Support HRIS projects, implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and other business stakeholders
  • Maintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guides
  • Provide training and support to Workday users

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of HRIS / HR technology experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM
  • Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, business processes, and security
  • Experience supporting system testing, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience handling confidential HR and employee information

Preferred: Workday implementation, integration, or broader HR technology project experience.
