Collinwood is hiring/engaging an experienced ERP Program Manager to work with our transformer manufacturing client as they continue their journey to implement Infor. In this role, you will oversee a broad, multi-year business and technology program consisting of 8-9 interconnected workstreams. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and implementation partners, translating business processes into system requirements while driving alignment across the organization. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong mediation and conflict-resolution capabilities, and the ability to influence without authority at all levels of the organization. The Program Manager will partner closely with Client and internal leadership teams to drive governance, manage risks and dependencies, support tactical issue resolution when necessary, and ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation objectives across multiple manufacturing locations. What you will do:
- Lead a multi-year enterprise transformation program across multiple business functions and locations
- Manage and coordinate 8-9 workstreams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Partner with business leaders to understand business processes and translate requirements into system solutions
- Collaborate closely with Client and other third-party implementation partners
- Drive program governance, steering committee updates, executive reporting, and KPI tracking
- Manage program budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners
- Mediate conflicts and resolve roadblocks when stakeholders have competing priorities or perspectives
- Influence outcomes across executives, peers, and project teams without direct authority
- Utilize data and metrics to support program decisions and recommendations
- Provide tactical support when needed to drive resolution of critical business process issues
- Communicate status updates, risks, escalations, and recommendations to leadership
- Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of Program and Project Management experience
- PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent certification
- Proven track record delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget
- Strong program governance, reporting, KPI, and performance management experience
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating business processes into system requirements
- Experience working with third-party system integrators and consulting partners
- Strong mediation, conflict-resolution, and relationship-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across executive, peer, and functional teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities in complex transformation environments
- Customer-focused mindset with strong accountability and follow-through
Would be nice if you had:
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Manufacturing industry experience
- ERP transformation and enterprise system implementation experience
- Experience working with Client or other large consulting/integration partners
- Experience leading multi-year business transformation programs
- Strong strategic planning and organizational leadership capabilities
- Experience managing complex multi-project portfolios
- Experience overseeing 8-9+ simultaneous workstreams
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and other PM tools
- Experience driving PMO governance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational change management experience
