Job description

Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities supporting Agile and technology transformation.
Drive adoption of Agile practices, behaviors, and organizational change. TOR #2026-34 DevOps Engineer, * Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
Identify and manage resistance to organizational change.
Work closely with leadership, Agile Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and impacted teams.
Track adoption, readiness, feedback, and change effectiveness. TOR #2026-34 DevOps Engineer

Requirements

5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
Experience supporting technology, Agile, or digital transformation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with change assessments, communications, training, and resistance management.
Understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and/or Kanban strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred

Prosci, CCMP, or similar OCM certification.
Federal government or highly regulated industry experience.
