Job description
- Develop and implement software enhancements predominantly using Java within an agile engineering environment.
- Architect and deploy service-oriented and microservice solutions integrating MongoDB, MySQL, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, derive user stories, and execute integration and testing., * Perform enterprise software development primarily in Java to create and implement enhancements to existing capabilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain service-oriented architectures and microservice solutions.
- Collaborate with software and systems engineers in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence to analyze requirements and define user stories.
- Integrate and query relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and MongoDB.
- Develop software components and scripts utilizing Python.
- Perform integration, software testing, and debugging on integrated applications.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and bug fixes for deployed capabilities.
- Utilize containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and manage code repositories via GitLab.
Requirements
- Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 14+ years
- Total Compensation: $273k+ yearly
