Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design and develop scalable applications, APIs, and distributed services using modern software development practices and architectural patterns.
2. Build and maintain microservices and containerized applications while supporting reliable deployment and integration across cloud environments.
3. Configure and manage cloud application services, databases, networking components, and deployment infrastructure to support scalable solutions.
4. Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices, troubleshoot application issues, and contribute to architecture, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in software development, cloud application development, API development, microservices, and distributed systems.

Technical Skills

Software development, API development, microservices, cloud architecture, containerization, distributed systems, database development, asynchronous programming, design patterns, CI/CD.

Business / Domain Skills

1. Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, Blazor, Web APIs, and RESTful services, including OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
2. Experience designing microservices and containerized applications using Docker or Podman and deploying workloads through Kubernetes-based environments.
3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Gateway, API Management, Web Apps, Container Apps, and Azure Container Registry.
4. Experience working with Azure SQL Server and Cosmos DB and integrating cloud databases with enterprise applications.
5. Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and modern frameworks such as Dapr, Orleans, or Aspire.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Strong understanding of scalable and distributed application architecture.

1. Experience troubleshooting complex application and deployment issues.
