Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain reusable, testable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, Python, and Flask.
2. Develop and integrate frontend components using React.js, Redux, HTML, and CSS, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
3. Implement and optimize SQL and NoSQL database solutions while supporting microservices, containerization, and CI/CD workflows.
4. Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve application reliability, maintain code quality, and support governance, risk, and compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of software design and development experience, including 5+ years of backend development and REST API design and implementation.

Technical Skills

Node.js, Python, Express.js, Flask, REST API Development, React.js/Redux, HTML/CSS, PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Docker/Kubernetes

Business / Domain Skills

1. Experience developing and maintaining enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications that support risk management, compliance operations, control monitoring, and business process automation.
2. Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
3. Experience supporting compliance-related business processes, including security control assessments, audit evidence management, regulatory reporting, and adherence to frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, and PCI where applicable.
4. Experience collaborating with security, compliance, risk management, and engineering stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into application capabilities, improve operational workflows, and support reliable enterprise GRC solutions.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, and PCI.

1. Experience with cloud Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), distributed systems, and production application support.
