Requirements

5+ years of proven software development experience, specifically with Java Web services and APIs
Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and JavaScript
Experience defining API design including versioning, microservices, and deployment strategies
Familiarity with API documentation frameworks like Swagger
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and experience with automation and testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test
Ability to support mission-critical customer-facing applications with a focus on scalability and performance
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and private cloud capabilities
Knowledge of web development with JSP, HTML, CSS/SASS, JQuery, Angular, and Node.js
Scripting experience with Linux Shell and familiarity with open source streaming products and message-oriented middleware
Certification in AWS Cloud or related DevOps tools is a bonus

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of comprehensive experience in full-stack development, API solution architecture, and DevOps practices
