Business Analyst - Retail & eCommerce

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Retail and eCommerce projects. The ideal candidate should have experience gathering business requirements, conducting stakeholder workshops, documenting functional requirements, and supporting end-to-end implementation projects from discovery to go-live., * Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement discovery sessions.
• Prepare and maintain:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• Use Cases and Process Flows
• Perform gap analysis and process mapping.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
• Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and Production Go-Live activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify business risks, dependencies, and change requests.

• Minimum 3+ years of Retail and eCommerce experience.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
• Experience working with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
