Teamcenter Technical Lead Engineer

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, implement Teamcenter enhancements, and provide ongoing support for enterprise PLM environments.

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Technical Lead Engineer to support and enhance Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions for programs subject to U.S. export control regulations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Teamcenter Server Administration, Active Workspace (AW) configuration/customization, Teamcenter development, and validation support, along with the ability to quickly understand and support QMS (Quality Management System) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field., Experience supporting Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, or other regulated product development environments.

Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.

Ability to work on programs requiring access to export-controlled technical data.

\n

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder strongly preferred due to ITAR program requirements.

• Participate in business and technical requirement discussions with stakeholders. \n

• Create detailed functional design documents (FDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs). \n

• Design and implement Teamcenter solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements. \n

• Provide technical support and guidance for: \n

• Teamcenter Server Administration \n

• Teamcenter Configuration \n

• Teamcenter Customization \n

• Active Workspace (AW) Configuration and Customization \n

• Support Teamcenter deployment, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities. \n

• Develop and maintain Teamcenter extensions, workflows, BMIDE configurations, and integrations. \n

• Collaborate with validation and quality teams to support system validation activities and documentation. \n

• Analyze production issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution recommendations. \n

• Support QMS and CAPA business processes within the Teamcenter ecosystem. \n

• Work with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT. \n

• Ensure system changes comply with organizational standards and regulated industry requirements. \n

• Mentor junior developers and administrators on Teamcenter best practices. \n
