Configuration Analyst - EMR - Methasoft

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Methasoft and/or Smart EMR platforms.\n
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workflow configuration, rules management, forms configuration, and decision-table setup within healthcare technology environments.\n
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.\n
• Strong understanding of EMR/EHR workflows, healthcare operations, and clinical/business process optimization.\n
• Proven experience executing configuration testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to assess complex business scenarios and recommend solutions.\n
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery environments.\n
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.\n
• Ability to create clear functional documentation, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.\n
• Self-driven consultant with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.\n
