Job description

  • Responsible for implementing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks
  • Provide technical guidance to team members developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
  • Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) Certification required

Experience in functional service delivery roles such as:

  • Team Leader
  • Content/Domain Expert
  • Senior Domain/Module Consultant
  • Lead Business Analyst
  • Lead Systems Analyst

Lead or support:

  • Requirements analysis
  • System design
  • Application development
  • Implementation
  • Project workstreams and deliverables

Ability to lead project modules or work activities as required

Ability to formulate solutions for specific business or technical issues

Deep understanding of the Pega Platform, including application debugging tools and features

Experience enforcing Pega best practices and guardrails across development teams

Experience analyzing application performance using:

  • Alerts
  • Logs
  • Advanced SMA
  • Other Pega performance-monitoring tools

Experience with PRPC integration services

Experience implementing:

  • Rule Utility Functions
  • Reporting rule types
  • Agents
  • SLAs
  • Flows
  • Portals

Strong knowledge of:

  • Product creation
  • Ruleset management
  • Application deployment to higher environments

Experience implementing a wide range of Pega functionality, including:

  • High-quality user experiences
  • Complex case management requirements

Deep knowledge of Pega class structure design

Ability to create reusable application functions and features
