Job description

  1. Complete technical specifications and change documentation.
  2. Develop and test Case Management System (CMS) enhancements, reports, and bug fixes.
  3. Participate in designing system features and functionality.
  4. Develop data interfaces to partner agencies.
  5. Assist Business Analysts in developing business requirements that can be translated into programming solutions.
  6. Act as a backup to other team members for CMS support.

  • APIs: SOAP / REST
  • File Transfer: FTP
