Requirements
We have an opportunity for a Product Owner to manage ServiceNow products, gather business requirements, and guide delivery in an Agile Scrum environment. Strong ServiceNow product ownership experience is required, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint is required. ServiceNow HRSD and Knowledge Management experience is preferred. This position is fully remote.
