Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a compelling product vision to teams and stakeholders
• Align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business goals and stakeholder needs
• Identify and drive opportunities to expand use of ServiceNow modules and Agentic AI
• Lead business and technical teams through the agile development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are technically feasible and architecture-aligned
• Gather and refine requirements, create epics, write clear user stories, and maintain a groomed product backlog
• Track and communicate ServiceNow product KPIs, ensuring maximum business value from backlog items
• Facilitate PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and product demos, driving continuous improvement
• Manage risk, dependencies, and timelines, advocating for associate and business needs
• Partner with Design and Tech Leads to plan development, including solution architecture and experiential designs
• Champion agile and product development best practices, mentoring teams and fostering innovation
• Oversee testing, signoffs, and documentation for all releases

4+ years as a Product Owner, with at least 2+ years in a ServiceNow product owner role within an agile (scrum) environment

• Proven experience in ServiceNow environments (HRSD, Knowledge Management, additional ServiceNow modules)
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint
• Strong leadership in agile settings: facilitating ceremonies, backlog management, writing user stories, and release planning
• Expert collaborator across design, product, and technology teams
• Excellent communication skills, influencing stakeholders and aligning decisions
• Problem-solving mindset, driving solutions and team success
• Experimental approach-encouraging innovation and continuous learning
