Job description

Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Gen AI Developer with C#/.NET to join their team. As a Gen AI Developer with C#/.NET, you will contribute to AI-assisted workflows across the System Development Life Cycle. You?ll work across .NET engineering, event-driven architecture, cloud-native platforms, and Generative AI-assisted delivery to build reliable business solutions in a complex financial domain., * Design and implement scalable, resilient, event-driven applications using .NET, Kafka, and cloud-native architecture patterns. \t

  • Build and modernize high-volume services, APIs, and distributed application capabilities that support reliable transaction processing and business-critical workflows. \t
  • Partner with architects, product owners, developers, and adjacent technology teams to translate business capabilities into high-quality technical solutions. \t
  • Use GenAI coding assistants to accelerate implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation?while maintaining ownership for correctness and quality. \t
  • Apply agentic workflows, prompt engineering, custom instructions, and spec-driven development practices to improve individual and team productivity., * Work on GenAI-assisted delivery across the SDLC, with a focus on correctness, quality, and production readiness. \t
  • Build reliable, event-driven systems that support business-critical workflows in a complex financial domain. \t
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to modernize legacy capabilities toward distributed .NET services and cloud-native platforms. \t
  • Strengthen engineering quality through automated testing, disciplined code reviews, performance analysis, observability, resiliency practices, and readiness for production. \t
  • Contribute to repeatable, responsible AI-assisted development practices in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. \t
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience developing scalable .NET, cloud-based, or web services applications that support high-volume transactions in highly available environments. \t
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and event-driven applications using .NET and Kafka, including distributed systems, stream processing, performance optimization, and cloud-native architectures. \t
  • Working experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, Splunk, JSON/XML, caching, performance analysis and profiling, Twelve-Factor App methodology, resiliency patterns, and observability patterns. \t
  • 4+ years of experience building and deploying cloud-native applications using Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
