Desktop Support Tech I

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician with 1 3 years of IT experience. New graduates with an Associate Degree in Computer Systems or a related field are also welcome. Candidates should have basic desktop support knowledge and be comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer equipment.
• Document service tickets accurately and work within established SLAs.
• Provide basic technical training and guidance to end users.
• Assist with Microsoft Windows-related issues.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and resolve user technical problems.

• 1 3 years of IT experience.
• Desktop support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading computer equipment.
• Experience using service tickets and working with SLAs.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide basic technical training to end users.
• High school diploma required.
• Microsoft Windows certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months.

Education

• Associate Degree in Computer Systems or a related field - preferred for new graduates.
• New graduates are accepted.
• Candidates without a degree should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
