Epic Mychart Quick Learning Customer Service Business Valuation Full Stack Development Business Transformation Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), A healthcare client is seeking a MyChart Support Analyst to join its Information Services Service Desk team on a 3-6 month contract engagement. This resource will provide frontline support for patients and end users utilizing Epic & MyChart, assist with account access issues, and troubleshoot application-related concerns. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, healthcare IT support experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
