AI Engineer

• Strong commercial experience as an AI Engineer, Applied AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Experience building and deploying production AI systems
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings and vector search
• Experience developing AI Agents or agentic workflows
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience working with modern AI/ML frameworks and APIs
• Understanding of model evaluation, performance and optimisation
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype through to production
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

You’ll be hands-on across LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents and production AI systems, taking advanced AI concepts and turning them into reliable, scalable products. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams, tackling challenging problems across model performance, evaluation, data, orchestration and deployment.
