AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer to help build a new AI unit within a growing consultancy business. In this role, you will work on solutions such as copilots, chatbots, agents, and RAG systems, integrating LLMs into existing IT environments., You will develop AI solutions for clients and contribute to the growth of the company’s AI proposition. You will build prototypes, test new models, and turn ideas into working applications that can move quickly toward production.

Your work will include:

• Building AI solutions such as copilots, chatbots, and agents
• Working with LLMs and integrating them into existing systems
• Developing RAG solutions using client data
• Experimenting with prompts, models, and AI architectures
• Building end-to-end applications from concept to delivery
• Collaborating with Data, Cloud, and Software teams

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Interest in or experience with AI, machine learning, or LLMs
• A pragmatic mindset and the ability to build working solutions quickly, * Experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLM platforms
• Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
• Experience with vector databases
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCPExperience building end-to-end applications
