SAP S4 Project Manager

We have partnered with our client in their search for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a major S/4HANA transformation programme for a Financial Services client in Germany. The role requires strong programme delivery expertise, SAP Finance knowledge, and experience managing complex stakeholder environments. Key Requirements, * Lead end-to-end delivery of the S/4HANA transformation programme

• Manage project governance, planning, risks, issues, and reporting
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, and integration workstreams
• Drive stakeholder engagement at senior and executive levels
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and project resources
• Support successful deployment, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SAP Project Manager with deep S/4HANA transformation experience, strong FI/CO knowledge, and a proven track record in Financial Services projects in Germany.

• 15+ years of SAP project/programme management experience
• Proven delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Strong functional understanding of SAP FI/CO
• Previous experience delivering SAP projects within the Financial Services sector
• Fluent German and English
• Strong stakeholder, governance, budget, and risk management skills
• Experience leading international and multidisciplinary SAP teams

Preferred

• Based in or near Munich
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations in regulated environments
• SAP Activate and Agile delivery experience
